METAHEALTH / DIGEST, Computational Science Lab, Informatics Institute. Multiscale spatiotemporal modelling of the microbiome during the first 1000 days of life.
PhD Candidate at the Computational Science Lab, Informatics Institute, University of Amsterdam. Part of the METAHEALTH project, I design multiscale spatiotemporal frameworks to model the microbiome during the first 1000 days of life, analyzing oral and gut microbial communities across micro, meso, and macro scales.

RPA-PMH Seed Grant, €18,000, Co-PI. "Diet Influence on Gut Microbiome and Effects on Suicide Ideation Tendencies." Collaboration between the Computational Science Lab (FNWI) and Clinical Psychology Group (FMG), University of Amsterdam. Part of the broader METAHEALTH project.
